Do all Blackberries come with unlimited data plans? My employer supplied my BB through Verizon so I don't have a MyVerizon acct to log in to. Is there a way to tell on the phone if the plan is unlimited or what the monthly limit/usage is?

Ask your employer, they'll know what plan your on.

Yup, alternatively you can also call your carrier (Verizon) and they should be able to tell you what kind of service you are on. But seeing how you said the phone was provided by your employer, if you are on a BES and can't perform certain things. Chances are your BES admin might have assigned policies that disabled those things you can't do. But do check with the carrier or as suggested above with your employer or IT admin.

Midnight's answer is the best. The carriers do not give out info without some form of verification.

Most carriers that offer a supposedly unlimited data plan now cap that at 5 GB. They call it a "fair use" policy, figuring that if you exceed that amount you're abusing it. It sounds pretty hinky to have a limit on a plan you call "unlimited", but it's withstood legal challenges.

Verizon's BlackBerry plans are currently unlimited. There's not tiers currently. And there's no 5GB soft cap currently.

I thought they put the soft cap in place. If not, good for them!

Sprint has put it in place. I never come close to it, but I hate knowing it's out there. "Unlimited" my butt!
