I have a BESx and Blackberry Messenger. Sometimes after being activated on the BESx for some time, maybe a month or two, I lose contact with a user or two I have on BBM (off the BESx). Usually I can correct this by wiping the device and readding them before activating, and it seems to work fine.

Additionally, on occasion the remote email restore/backup function doesn't work after being on the BESx for some time, forcing me to keep local copies of the lists instead.

The only policy on the BESx is the default one, with no changes made.

What do you think could be causing this. I'm on a 9700 with AT&T, the last user I had a problem with has an 8330 on Sprint. User before was on a 7290 with Orange UK, and he is on the same BESx I am.
