Are you talking about browser shorcuts, the download shortcuts on the applications screen... What?

If you are talking about the download links, hide them. They are service books. You can delete but they will just come back. Hide and forget.

Seems like quite fundamental thing for them to forget to include + it would take high school graduate about 15 minutes to include

Looks like i'll just have to hide them until my memory runs out and then just buy new phone

EDIT... well i would hide them if there was an option to hide but there isn't

looks like duplicate bookmarks will just have to plague me for the rest of my life...or one of the BB programmer decides to spend about 10 minutes including option to "Delete"

P.S. I'm talking about browser short cuts/bookmarks

They didn't forget to include anything, I'm sure.

The carriers choose to push these to you. It was very rare earlier, but more and more nowadays.

You are not going to run out of memory. As I said, these are service books. Relatively speaking these will never compete with google maps in terms of memory taken.

If you can't deal emotionally with this then you aren't going to be happy with anything.

I was always able to delete Browser bookmarks.
How are you trying to delete them?

Looks like same here regarding pre-installed browser bookmarks. I'm not surprised.

Still, it's relatively a small annoyance all things considered.
