Default Sync unavailable?

Please Login to Remove!

I have 8530, and I'm trying to do a sync. I have previously been able to sync w/o any problems. Suddenly, I get the following message:

Synchronization is unavailable for Address Book because the application is configured for wireless synchronization. Desktop synchronization for the above application will be disabled. Please click on "Help" for information on how to disable wireless synchronization for your device.

I clicked on help and no where does it address wireless sync. I have tried Options/Advanced Options, Options/Phone Options/General Options, Options/Security Options/Advanced Security Options...none of these address the issue. I have changed my email settings so that it doesn't wireless reconcile, that didn't help. I have tried reseting the configuration of sync, I've done a battery pull. I'm running OS 5.0.0.654 I am out of ideas

TIA

go into address book/contacts

change wireless sync to no.

Has your BB Been activated on a BES? Or have you turned on the Wireless Contact Sync with GMail?

Those are the only 2 ways, Wireless sync gets turned on. Usually.
(just digging for more information)
