BES 5.0.1 HA Recommendation/Ideas

Hi All,
Just wondering for those of you that have HA setup what would any of you recommend? Right now I have a BES 5.0.1 server on Windows Server 2008 and SQL 2008 Enterprise (On VmWare) with 780 users. Right now all BES Services are running on this server along with the SQL Database. I don't see us growing past 1,200 users in the next couple of years so I was not planning on putting BAS on a separate server.
