Hey guys/gals,

I have a user that keeps bugging me about this (Seriously calls me like every hour). He has both his work and personal email set up on his BB. When he sends email from outlook on his laptop the sent message goes into his inbox on his handheld. You would think it's the end of the world. He doesn't want the clutter. Does anyone know how to stop the sent email receipt from going into the hanheld inbox without creating a filter on BIS? He is not very tech-savvy, and I honestly don't think he'll be able to create an account for BIS and setup the filters himself. Is there a simple fix here that I'm overlooking?

p.s I've walked him through blocking the gmail sent messages...it's a couple steps.
· Log in to the Gmail account.
· In the Gmail account click Settings.
· Click Forwarding and POP/IMAP.
· Set the IMAP status to enabled.

I'm hoping there's something like this for outlook.

Does he have hide sent messages turned on under Messages->Options->General?

Hmmmm. I will see if this does the trick. This may be referring to the handheld only sent messages but it won't hurt to give it a shot.
