I do have the actual Gmail app, but use it for personal Gmail, no my domain (work) email.

I'm not sure if it works for the same for T-Mobile or in other countries but in Canada, I'm with Rogers Wireless and I set my BIS settings by going to
BlackBerry Internet Service, Fido Canada users would set their BIS settings at
BlackBerry Internet Service, Wind Canada users would set their BIS settings at
BlackBerry Internet Service, Bell Canada users would set their BIS settings at
BlackBerry Internet Service, Telus Canada users would set their BIS settings at
BlackBerry Internet Service. It is basically the carrier name followed by
.blackberry.com (since I noticed that the forum transformed my URL name links into "Blackberry Internet Service"
I just tried the same thing with tmobile.blackberry.com and it didn't work and neither did t-mobile.blackberry.com
In regards to whether I use the IMAP settings, I don't. I use the BIS website configuration which is configured to access my personal Gmail account.
