When I sync with MacBook using BB Desktop manager and the Entourage calendar it ends up a mess. Is this the Blackberry or the Mac or both?

The synching results in multiple duplicate entries on the Storm calendar and I seem to be losing contacts.

Reading forums on the Web it seems that Apple is way behind with Apps and opinion is divided on how utterly hopless (or not) Blackberry is in general.

Personally, I just want my tools to work. These two don't. Can anyone advise please?

Please describe your problem and what you mean "ends up a mess". I assume that it is the dupes and contact errors.

Is the sync properly configured? Are you sure that you aren't also syncing with iCal and iContact?

Make sure that you have the latest version of DM. Make a backup and then delete the contacts and calendar on the BB. Reconfigure the sync and then resync to the BB.
