Please excuse if this has been covered before as I have just joined and found nothing in search.

Still having problems using Outlook Web Access (OWA) and Yahoo mail plus.

Two issues: 1.) Blackberry device is not receiving messages into work outlook web access account. 2.) Upon selecting the yahoo icon (for personal emails)to view emails, all messages in the inbox (on the computer that is logged in) are deleted.

Upon opening Yahoo email on Blackberry, the entire inbox is deleted. we do not have to open an individual email, even if the yahoo icon is selected, all messages are wiped out of the inbox.

We went to our carrier and they looked at device and checked our account, they verified all settings were correct. we went to the OWA options page to make sure the box 'leave messages on server' was checked. Yes, it was.

We tried to log into Blackberry Internet Service site to verify settings there, but could not log in. I have pin number & imei numbers but that did not help. We asked for a new password and got a response 'password is being sent to device' but since the device is not receiving any emails from OWA linked to device we never got the password.

What am I missing? What are our next steps?

call your carrier and ask them to reset the BIS account.
