Hi,

My 9500 resets every few days. The reset always occurs when I initiate a call. When the OS reboots (why does this take so frigging long...) I always get the same error message:

Uncaught exception: java.lang.nullpointerexception

I am running v4.7.0.122 (platform 4.0.0.153) - Telus Canada service

This is an irritating condition. Any help out there?

You could try upgrading to the latest OS for the 9500.
It is in the stickies at the top of this forum thread
