anyone know where I can get direct download for blackberry desktop manager 5.0.1 ?

My internet is slow and the RIM website doesn't allow me to use download manager to download the software. So, I need a direct download that allow me to use download manager.

Also, what's the different between 5.0.1 b49 and 5.0.1 b30 ?
