hi

since outlook 2007 you can now set your out of office message from within outlook to have a message for internal and external senders, you can activate both or just one

the blackbery device only seems to be able to activate the internal out of office message (although it seems to copy the text from the internal message to the external message it does not activate it)

so currently for external senders you can only activate via outlook 2007 or OWA but not from blackberry.

is there a settting you can change on the BES server (5.0.1 MR2) or on the device so it activates both?

it seems although you can only set 1 out of office message on the blackberry it modifies the text in both the internal and external sender (on the server, viewable via outlook or owa)

it only switches on the internal OOF but when sending emails it responds to both internal and external senders with the same message.
