Which privelege does a Admin need to be able to asign a Policy to a user.

He already has:
Create a user Granted
Delete a user Granted
View a user Granted All groups
Edit a user Granted All groups
View a device No access
Edit a device No access
View device activation settings Granted
Edit device activation settings Granted
Create an IT policy No access
Delete an IT policy No access
View an IT policy Granted

RIM tolled us: Under user and device, edit user must be enabled to send the policy. You can Create, Delete and View without Edit user Privileges

Well its not.

Try:"Add or remove to user configuration" it looks like it does the job. Now I can edit and choose a Policy when editting a User but It won't save it. I get the error Request could not be complete. But that allso goes for the Admin ?
