Hidden entries in Service Book ?

I wanted to backup my service book (I'm on BIS). I connected my device with DM (v 4.6) and through the Backup & Restore-> Advanced functionality I saw the number of entries in the service book: only 13 out of 20 I have on the device (options->advanced options->service book). I saved on my PC the ibd file with the service book and double-checked with MagicBerry (fantastic piece of software): some entries (i.e. MMS config, IPP for BIBS, Wap Push Config) are missing.
Is this normal ?
Any workaround to get the missing service books entries ? Or are they stored somewhere else ?
