Hello all,

I have a single blackberry user with a Verizon 8530 activated on our BES 4.1.6.22 server. We use Exchange at the office. The user has her delete on set to mailbox and handheld and is having the following problems.

If you delete a message on the blackberry it will delete the message from outlook normally. However, if you delete a message in Outlook it will not delete on the blackberry.

I have confirmed that the delete on is set to mailbox and handheld.
I have deleted the Desktop [SYNC] and Desktop [CMIME] service books and resent them from the server.
I have deleted the user account from the server, recreated and wiped / reactivated the device.
I have taken the user out of cached mode in Outlook.

Currently we have 130 other users on this server that are not having the problem.

I'm really not certain what my next troubleshooting step would be. Does anyone have any suggestions?
