New 9500 but no idea why I can't set up email.

Set up wizard takes me to the screen 'do you want to set up work email' which I don't, its BIS I need to set up but not given the option to, anyone know why, thanks guys.

Sounds like you do not have a BlackBerry Data Plan properly setup. You will need to contact your carrier to get the proper data plan set up.
