previously to taking owership of the curve 8900...i had use of the t mobile vario 2 pda.

the internet onthe vario is lighting years faster than the current curve why is this?

i do like the curve but the browser is very slow and you can have a cuppa tea before the pages on internet have been downloaded.

is there anything that i can do to speed things up on the curve...> i am now using the vario to view internet ..but i want to use the curve do to it been smaller lighter etc...

The T-Mo 8900 runs on the EDGE network, barely faster than dial up. I know nothing about the Sony product.

Do you have a lot of data intensive apps running in the background, at the same time as you are using the browser? Closing them is about all you can do.
