Default Full Battery

I was just wondering when the battery is full & you leave it plugged in via wall charger or usb cord, does that reduce the battery life faster? Same goes for laptops right? Because sometimes I just leave it plugged in all night while I'm sleeping.

Shouldn't hurt the battery. In fact, from what i have read and heard, it helps to keep the battery topped off. Never had a problem with either a laptop or BB battery.

I have never had a problem with this. I think the BB battery is a LiPolymer which doesn't develop "memory" like a LiIon laptop battery might.

What do you mean by battery topped off? ok so most of you guys are saying it shouldn't matter if I leave it plugged in? Its actually better if I do? I did this with my laptop and now my battery drains fast... Just thought it would do the same for my BB

I keep everything plugged in until I need to use it on battery power. Never had a problem with laptop or PDA/BB.

By "topped off" I mean plugged in/on the charger.

Some older laptop batteries suffered from this (mine did ..... piece of ****), but I have never experienced any problems with the batteries in any of my Blackberry's ........ just better batteries I suppose. I too leave mine plugged in when I go to bed and have done so with ALL my BB's, Treo's and so on.
