Does anyone who got the 9700 coming from a 9000 regret the smaller screen of the 9700?

I wish they kept the same size screen of the 9000. I am actually testing a Storm right now and LOVE the screen real estate however I am itching for a full qwerty again

Looking to decide soon between the 9700 and Storm.

Nope. I'm glad the screen is smaller because that lets the device be smaller. I no longer feel like I'm holding up an oversized phone to my head. The ergonomics of the 9700 is great.

I miss the size of the 9000, the additional real estate on the screen provides a better reading ability in my opinion. Now, if you are coming from a 9000 to 9700 one will feel the difference. But like anything else you get use to it. It is a trade off, because you gain something else you didn't have before on the 9000...great lasting battery power and great speed on the unit.

So there you go...good luck..you will enjoy the 9700..I like it a lot.
