I just got my tour. Im on verizon. Everyone else I know that has a tour, or different model blackberry, is also on verizon. i went into my bbm profile and changed my display image to what i wanted it to be from a picture on my phone. problem is no one can see it. on top of that a lot of my friends say they have avatars, but i can't see them. they also say they have no problem seeing other peoples avatars. what's the problem here? has anyone encountered this before? i went to the "help" section in the bbm menu and all i got was a disclaimer in the "basics" portion that said "due to some carriers people might not be able to see your display image or vice versa" but in this case seein how we all have the same carrier and no one else has this problem im thinkin its unique to my phone. maybe theres some settings somewhere i dont know about? help would be greatly appreciated.

you need to find out what version of blackberry messenger you and your friends are on.

well i dled the latest version from bb app world and i know atleast half of them have the same version yet still they can't see mine and i can't see theirs.

Yeah its kinda sketchy. I can see my wifes but she can't see mine. I have tried changing my picture and nothing. Just one of the bugs new version still has.
