I have 2 problems. Anytime I try to use anything that requires Java it says there was a error. How do I get Java to work? Second, when I try to download a ring tone off of tuneusin it won't download it right abd then when I go back to play it from my phone it says it is in a unsupported format. How do I get that to work?
