that syncs all PIM data - contacts, appts, tasks, memos - and that also keeps the items in their created form with categories, alarms, show as, etc.

Anything like this?

I am using Thinkpost now but the status, categories, alarms, are not getting transferred/synced.

and no category sync

I haven't heard of anything that syncs categories. Google seems to be what most folks are using for syncing on BIS. I'm not a fan of Google in general.
