Default Email accounts

Please Login to Remove!

I have several email accounts which I have not setup on my B-Bold.

I am trying to find a method to download all the emails on the Email Servers Inbox to my handset. The only ones I am receiving on my Bold are new emails and not the onces currently on the servers.

Is there a way please?

Thanks.

BIS will only push email from the time you set the device up onwards, nothing previous to that. the only way that I am aware to do it is to email the old messages to yourself.

I think BES can go back 14 days, but I am not 100% certain as I don't use BES and only can go by what I read. Hopefully a BES expert can chime in.

Also, it really helps us all when we try to help, to know your device, your carrier and whether you are on BIS or BES. Your profile can provide most of that. I think you will find that you get a better response if that info is in your profile. The PIN isn't necessary.

Hi 'trancemaasta' how do I setup/access the emails upto 14 Days previous from activation time and/or 750 Email Messages which ever comes first. Where is the default setting for 200 and 5 Days.

I have Blackberry Internet Solutions (BIS).

Thanks.

Please do not hijack another's tread. It isn't polite.

If you have BIS, it cannot be done. Read my post. Trancemaasta is referring to BES, not BIS.

Hi, I was just quoting the statement from the thread and did not have the intention to hijack it. Cheers.

i think what he meant was.. he quoted trancemasta without actually 'quoting' him.. if that makes sense? he just copy pasted it into his reply..

ok that was totally OT. anyway..
as far as i know the only was was to email the old msgs to yourself.. and i know for a fact after a point, unless you could save the messages they automatically are deleted.
