I have storm 9500 series I can receive calls but my touch screen is black I mean I can not see anything. What can I do? Please if somebody can help me on this

Well, fixing your screen is a good start. Sounds like its broke or disconnected... Are you within your 1 year warentee?

If you have done a battery pull, and the problem remains, then it does sound like a pyshical probelem with the screen. If that is the case, you could attempt a screen replacement if you feel comfortable doing that, or replace the entire device.
