I received a new bold from AT&T because old bold roller wasn't working. Restored all info into new bold. Transferred SIM & memory cards into new bold.

New bold synch's fine.

However, PC is not seeing the 2 new bold USB drives, Blackberry & media card. Put old bold into computer and works; PC sees old bold USB drives as "K" & "L" drives. Put new bold in again, nothing. New bold media storage is ON. Turned Media Off and then On again. Battery removed and re-inserted in new bold several times.

Media card is working; am able to view files and pics. New & old bold both have same OS. PC is using Windows Vista Home Premium.

matigro....try rolling back the drivers on your pc under the usb driver properties within device manager... that may help it recognize it easier. I had a portable HD that did that to me.
