This is my first post, so bare with me if this is in the wrong section.

Current Setup is as follows, BES 4.1.6 with Exchange 03

is there a way to delete in email in your outlook account when you delete it from your BB? Also is this a setting i can change per user, per group or is it a system wide change?

Welcome to the forums.

The delete setting you want is done on the BlackBerry device. Click on Messages icon -> Options -> Email Reconciliation -> Delete On = Mailbox & Handheld.

This will reconcile the deletion both directions (BB to Outlook and Outlook to BB). The reconciliation takes about 15/20 mins (not instant), but can be forced if someone is on their Messages list, presses Menu and does Reconcile Now.
