I would suggest that you set up a special category for these numbers.. then they will not show up on your regular listing (u would have to filter for them)

I have 1,800 names in ACT!. Clients, prospects and other folks I have met over the last 30 years. I also have a list of 300 names on an app called Listpro, used on my HTC Mogul w/ WM 6.1
These names are 2nd level: service, stores, names and numbers that do not qualify to be placed in the MASTER database.
Also have 600 names of alumni club that I manage, with extensive details, that is also on Listpro, another 400 for the golf club, and also my wife's students going back many, many years.

The company is Ilium Software. They make en BB eWallet, but not the list app...yet. It is in discussion stage. If interested, go here and get on their mailing list to be advised when and IF a BB ListPro is announced:
