Default accessing outlook and yahoo calendar?

Please Login to Remove!

Ok, I was just disappointed to learn that if I access my outlook (not through BES) and yahoo accounts that I can't see subfolders.

But now, please tell me that I should still be able to see my calendars. I could have sworn that I saw my calendars on here one day, but now I don't see any. How do I access my calendars?

I'm new to BB life. This is my 3rd day of ownership. Please help!

Are you using Desktop Manger?
You can sync with Desktop Manger to your Yahoo calendar.

Midnight,
So, when I open the BB desktop manager and connect my BB, will it give me some option to go out on the web and retrieve my calendar info? Probably not, huh?

No, I haven't used desktop manager to sync. I will try it tonight. Thanks! I hope the manager walks you through the steps. 'Cause I sure don't know.

you'd be amazed at what it can do.

open desktop manager.
connect your BB.
go to the syncronization icon.
click syncronisation on the left hand side to setup the sync.
check calendar box.
a popup will ask what you want to sync with.
select.
continue through the steps.

its fairly easily to do.
you would need to setup to sync with outlook first (or second) and then yahoo (or first).
i.e. you cant sync both outlook and yahoo at the same time.

Cool! Thanks, Midnight! I will try it tonight! Will I have to sync regularly? Or will this be like a "setup" that will allow the BB to do it itself?

no, you have to manually connect BB, open desktop manager, go to sync and click sync.
