New handsfree laws in IL is driving my question.

Does anyone have a link to software that will allow me to connect my BB to my car handsfree and read my emails and as a bonus perform actions (delete, skip etc.)

I have seen software that allows the user to dictate (speech-txt) emails but not (txt-speech).

Any help would be appreciated.

I have been testing a Beta application and I am not sure if you can get it free or even purchase it yet but www (dot) drivesafe (dot) ly is an application for your driving purpose and it works great on my Bold with a few bugs like not able to stop it from reading aloud when you want it to. But check it out
