I my pearl fell into the ocean.... (Not literally, it's just an ironic thought), I let it dry, and everything works. It starts up a little slow, but there's just two curiosities. The first is that the green light on the top stays on, and network coverage indicator is turned off. The next is that the light behind the trackball/keyboard won't turn on. Is there any way to replace that light, or am I basically screwed?

Whenever I turn the phone on, the light behind the trackball and the keyboard lights up, but no matter what when the hourglass stops turning, I can't seem to get the backlight to turn back on! typing and even covering the LED doesn't work! Am I missing some sort of setting, or maybe a hard reset's in order?
Wet pearl, now works... Except keyboard light?
