Default Contacts sync problem with outlook 2007

Please Login to Remove!

hi all,

I am having a problem syncronizing my blackberry 9000 contacts with outlook. it beggins to sync but at contact number 271 gives me a error message:

"Intelisync
Unable to put data to an outlook or MS exchange record. Lack of network access to MS exchange server can cause this problem"

I use BES service and never configured my phone to use MS exchange.
Can anyone help me sort this out?

thanks.

How are you trying to sync? Is this an OTA sync using BES or are you trying to use DM and the data cable?

Frankly, if you can figure out which record #271 is, delete it and readd it. See if the sync will complete after that.

Hello Dubdub, thank you for your reply.
yes, I am using DM 4.7.0.37 and outlook 2007.
I am syncronizing using the datacable.
Never had this problem before, could it be some setting i changed on my blackberry?
Hope you can help as this is very frustrating.

Doesn't sound like a problem with a setting; sounds like the record in question is corrupt. Based on the message you posted (could not see screen shot), it seems as though you're trying to sync something from the BB to Exchange that Exchange doesn't like. The BES logs may indicate which record is the problem but can't say for sure.
