BES Admins,

I'm trying to get Facebook 1.6 to work correctly with BES 4.1, and am having trouble. I still see the Calendar and Contacts boxes grayed out in the FB app options. I followed KB18427 (can't post a link yet due to my low post count) but can't get it to work

Steps I've taken:
1. The new policy does show up in BES
2. Services have been restarted
3. New IT policies were pushed to my device
4. Did a full wipe on my Blackberry Bold (v4.6) and re-activated it on BES.


Is there anything else I can check/force?

possibly theres an issue with the facebook app. Have you deleted it and tried to re-install it?

Sounds like scenario 3

The BlackBerry smartphone is activated on a BlackBerry Enterprise Server that contains this IT policy, and the IT policy has not been configured.

Most likely the answer is behind Door Number 3. Probably need to chat with the BES Admin and/or IT Staff.
