Well recently i purchased a 8800 blackberry from Ohio and got back to Saudi. I have gotten it unlocked. But all i am wondering is if i use a Saudi carrier in Saudi, will something wrong happen? I am new to Blackberry and i am not to fond with it either.
So will it work perfectly fine or do i need to subscribe to something in Saudi?
Or can someone list me the steps that i need to follow in order to make it work perfectly in Saudi

I am no expert on locked vs unlocked, I suspect it should work if you can get a blackberry data plan from that Saudi company.

ditto, as long as you get the BlackBerry data plan from your Saudi carrier, you will be fine. Many people there use Blackberrys
