Beyond 411 search

I have a 8900 on a BES server. I have been using Beyond 411 for years but have recently been getting two error messages "failure to transmit" when typing in the business name and then "unable to connect to network". My default setting is "Default connection type" but also have no luck when using BES connection. Any ideas thoughts or suggestions would be great.
