Question Dialing stops on bad phone extension

Please Login to Remove!

On my old Curve I could dial any phone number and if there was an extension (numeric or not) it would attempt to dial that too. However, with my Bold some numbers fail if the extension field has a non-numeric value. If the contact phone extension field has something like "Direct Line" the call fails. It worked just fine on my Curve.

Is it a change to the OS or a setting I can change??

Larry
