Default Thought it was bricked...

I don't know if anyone else has experienced this... I've been running .109 for quite some time now with no problems. Today I signed on to Windows Messenger on the my Storm and during a chat the screen started flickering and the kept freezing up. After it totally locked up I did a battery pull and the buttons lit up but no screen. I plugged into my computer and and reflashed it with .109 to no avail. I rolled it back to .75 and still nothing. I then did another battery pull and the screen has come back to life but during the registration process it locked up again and the screen went black and it's back to nothing.

I took the Storm to the Verizon Store and they said that I needed a replacement. My replacement was here the next day!

Same happened to me. Off to verizon for a new Storm. I recommend regular back ups. I had just done a back up so no loss of data.

BTW, Verizon was able to connect the dead screen storm to their contacts transfer device and it still worked.
