At&t has not released 4.5 for the 8300 yet. You can get the latest OS from another carrier by checking the stickied posts at the top of this forum.

I have installed the ATT 8310-v4.5.0.110_P2.7.0.90 from the Official website but I am uninstalling it right now. This release has incurred various abrupt shut-down when I was making Internet inquiry, such as checking Gmail. I am re-installing the version v4.5.0.80
