Hello all,

We are using Microsoft LCS 2005 server and on the company's BBs we have the Enterprise Messenger client for this thingy.

Recently couple of users cannot connect to the server with very strange error: "Feature not supported". So far it's users with Pearl, Curve and Bold devices. Pearl and Curve are version 4.5 FW, Bold 4.6.

In the event log on the server i can see this error 15000:

Any ideas or anyone seen this before? Our RIM support contract has expired and management kinda don't want to spend money :-/

Which version of the client are you using?

I deployed enterprise messenger 2.1.10 (only one I know of) to all devices on our enterprise and I can confirm it works on all of um, even bolds (4.6.190), curves (4.5.0.81 and 4.2.2.170), pearl flips (4.6.0.151)
My BES ver is in my sig and to the best of my knowledge there has been no deployment issues.

We do use exchange 2007, with the messenger 2007 ocs.
