So will I have to have IT set me up again if I do the .75 install? or will I be able to go into enterprise activation and just resubmit my email address in there, and activate on my own. I ask this because if I have to have IT involved, I'd rather wait for the VZW launched revision, .76 or whatever.

Also, I don't know what I f'd up when I first ran Visual Voicemail, but now, it does'nt automatically pull voicemails, I have to manually check, and it keeps prompting asking to be able to connect etc.

I've deleted, reinstalled, and now doing again via Desktop manager...

Any ideas?

when you do a OS update if your phone backs up properly, it will "resync" itself with the BES server without any activation input needed from you . My old 8830 sometimes didn't with certain "beta" OS's but the .75 update reactivated my storm with no problem, except it didn't pull my emails until a reconnected to DM.

let me be clear though, your experience may different, so upgrade at your own risk. I did hear Verizon should be putting out another Update around the 8th
