Does anyone know if the Blackberry Curve desktop cradle works for the Javelin?

They look similar but I can't tell whether the charging contacts are in a different place.

EDIT: on the accessories site it says compatibility "blackberry 8900" but I do still wonder if they are not the same charging cradle. I already have a cradle for my Curve and it would be great if I didn't have to buy another....

I found these two images on the web which show that the charging contacts are broadly in the same place, but I can appreciate they may be marginally but sufficiently far apart for it not to work. Does anyone know?

Thanks!

To answer my own question, it's not compatible with the Curve charging stand.

The 8900 sits a little wide of the stand so the contact ports, although similarly spaced out, won't touch.

Waiting... Waiting... Waiting...

I really need a holster for my new 8900... I'm using the one from my old 8300, and although it fits, the magnet is in a different spot, so the sleeper function doesn't work :(
