Hi,
I am a recent convert to Blackberry Pearl 8100.
Before I was using a Tmobile Shadow that is already far in the shadow of this awesome device!
I am using the 8100 with a mac. The previous owner had the unit on cingular (AT&T) and i got it unlocked and am now using it on Tmobile.
I cannot seem to find any options to set up the phone on my home wifi network (and at coffee shops etc.). Also I do not have MMS message options only SMS.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I believe that your phone is not WiFi capable. The 8120 is the only WiFi pearl.

8100 does not have wifi.

BlackBerry® smartphones that support Wi-Fi*:

BlackBerry® Bold™ 9000 smartphone
BlackBerry® Pearl™ 8120 smartphone
BlackBerry® Curve™ 8320 smartphone

BlackBerry® 8820 smartphone

Regarding MMS- check with Tmobile to be sure your phone is provisioned correctly.

Looks like the 8100 is going on ebay and im getting a new 8120, because I need to utilize the wifi features.
Checking on the MMS w/tmobile today...
