Question removing blackberry commands

Please Login to Remove!

Hello Dears!!

I need to remove some items from my application's blackberry menu.
for example in a textfield we have these commands:
Enable Multitap
Change Language


or in a list we have:
Select

how can i remove these command items?

for a shorter menus and my customer's desire.
