Is there a consensus out there for the best password keeper to sync all of my user entered password info to my 8100 and PC? I can't find one and I will pay but don't want to go over $19.99.

Try Ascendo DataVault. I've been using it nearly a year and love it. I think it's $29.95, though.

Or try KeePass. There's a new BB client that works with trackballs. That one is $0.
