Does anybody know if the content of sms and bbmessenger stored on a carrier's server? I read about 10 articles and pots and get varying answers.

SMS is up to the carrier. They are usually retained briefly. As for BBM your data is encrypted from your device to the other. I don't think RIM is storing them. On BES I believe it is possible to monitor.

Yeah i read that att won't teurn them over to the court but hear different.
