OK so I figured more Orange UK users would be looking at this forum than the outages forum so posted here instead - apologies mods!

Since about 7am today I haven't been able to receive any messages at all on my handset, either via BES or BIS. Anyone else having probs? Just about to upgrade my firmware to see if it's a handset problem. BES messages I send from my handset do go through okay though.

I am on Orange and have not experienced any problems today. In fact, I upgraded the firmware yesterday and this seems to have improved the "dropping coverage" problem although probably too early to say this for certain.

It's not just Bolds... I was trying to send emails to my testing Pearl and was getting this back:

Which, is not right. I can send to that email again now -- but some are getting through and some aren't. I'm guessing it's something inside RIM's network that's got problems since about last night.

Thanks for the feedback M. This turned out to be a handset issue - have just upgraded the firmware and as soon as it came back up it reactivated itself and everything that was queued up both via BES and BIS came through. Strange, but hope that's the end of the problems and hope you get yours sorted too.
