You should have a CD with Desktop Manager. It should have an install for Desktop Manager. Also this should install Media Manager as well. I hope you have a microSD card. Follow this guide:

Is there a free version of the software?

I have Device Manager...but I cannot figure out how to get to the media manager. there is no way for me to get ther I SWEAR!

Try that link. If it doesn't work go to Blackberry.com -> Support -> Downloads and download Desktop Manager 4.5 with Media Manager. After the install follow the FAQ I posted above.
