Default how to know if bluetooth is ON ?

Hi ,
is there any way to know if bluetooth is ON , on device.

i am currently developing for JDE 4.2.0 and in API's i do not find some way to get bluetooth related information.

from sample what i get is BluetoothSerialPortListener needs some BluetoothSerialPort to be constructed to receive events like deviceConnected() or disconnected but is there any default port where i can add my listener just get information that bluetooth is ON or some data transfer is happening.
