If so how do i remove them?

You can remove them using Desktop Manager. Start the App Loader and uncheck whatever apps you want to delete and let DM do its thing.

the problem with that is iy only list like a couple of apps. I dont get everyone on my phone to show up?

Options -> Advanced Options -> Applications -> scroll to app you want to remove -> hit the menu button (button left of trackball) -> Delete
