So I use folders in Outlook and have set them up to redirect to the blackberry. My only problem is it takes forever to pull up the inbox on my blackberry and I have too many message in the 'messages' folder to easily find things. Is there a way i can set the blackberry to default to the inbox?

Messages > Options > General Options > Hide Filed Messages = Yes

That will allow the Messages icon to only show items in your inbox, not in subfolders.
You can still see items in folders by using the 'View Folder' menu option.
