I changed the alx on their downloadable standard edition to put it on my 4.2.2 device, but it failed with a Java error when I tried starting it up. Worth a shot

I got the email but was disappointed on a few things. First the price $69.99 and yes it is less than the other BB apps that compete but compared to the pricing for PalmOS and WindowsMobile its higher. Next they have in the past offered crossgrade discounts but not this time. Disappointing.

Welcome to the world of the "corporate email" space of BB. I notice that the standard version doesn't create new documents..hmmmmmm...maybe a work around by emailing yourself a blank doc?

Nope you have to buy the premium version. So is the premium on the phone just not unlocked or do we endure wasted space for the apps when installing?

Wirelessly posted

A follow op: I would like to assume that all files would be accessible from the mem card? With windows M, one can install and use the app entirely from the mem crd...
Does the BB have enough ram even?or, are they storing all on their servers a la repligo, or eoffice?

Yes you can open a doc from a card, at least with the standard edition.
